Michigan vs Ohio Border Battle (MGBR vs OGBR - Invite Only)

The MGBR vs. OGBR Border Battle, also known as the Michigan vs. Ohio Border Battle event will showcase the Top 160 players from Michigan and the Top 160 players from Ohio in head to head competition. In 2011 the event will be co-hosted by MGBR and the Ohio Girls Basketball Report (OGBR). The event will be held at Bowling Green State University on Saturday July 31, 2010 on the last "live" recruiting day allowed by the NCAA for the summer.
The MGBR vs. OGBR Border Battle will feature participants from the following graduating classes 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and select 2015 players from both Michigan and Ohio. This event is the most selective dual-state showcase in the Midwest and is projected to draw over 200 college coaches in 2011. In 2008, 125 college coaches and in 2009 over 157 college coaches were in attendance. Two national scouting services will also be in attendance: Blue Star and Collegiate Girls Basketball Report as well as both state based scouting services MGBR and OGBR.

Time: 9:00am-8pm
Check-in: Graduating classes of 2011 and 2014/2015 check-in between 8:00am and 8:20am. Graduating classes of 2012 and 2013 check-in between 2:00pm and 2:20pm. Following check-in is a mandatory NCAA Educational Session
Team Make-Up: 2011 and 2014/2015 grads will play on separate teams. 2012 and 2013 graduates will play on combined teams.
Number of Players Per Team: Maximum of 10 Per Team
